The calendar shows availability and rates based on the selected period and minimum stay.

At the time of booking, 30% of the total stay will be required as a deposit and booking guarantee; the remaining amount must be paid 15 days before arrival together with the security deposit of € 900.00 which will be returned after checking any damage to the structure itself.

If the reservation is canceled 46 or more days before arrival, no penalty will be applied and the amount paid will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled 45 or fewer days before arrival, the property will retain a penalty equal to 100% of the total rental amount.
If the cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival due to Covid-19 travel restrictions or certified inability to travel, the amount paid may be transferred to a new booking within 12 months of the original dates.
In case of no show, late arrival and early departure, you will be charged for the entire booked stay.
